If you cannot agree the arrangements for your children, then you’ll need to apply to the Court for a Child Arrangements order. You must show you have attended a meeting about mediation first - except in certain cases where there’s been domestic abuse. You may have to attend a court appointment and go to several court hearings before the final Order is made.
