Figen is a Trainee Solicitor in the Immigration and Family Departments at the present. She has had experience of working in the legal field since 2015. She read Law at the University of East Anglia achieving a 2:1 honours, and obtained a high commendation in the Legal Practice Course.
Figen is confident in preparation of all EEA applications, applications for British Citizenship and Entry Clearance.
Figen has extensive experience of assisting and preparing cases to be heard at the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. Figen has had vast experience assisting with and preparing Asylum claims on the basis of human trafficking and Blood Feud’s from Albania.
Figen has gained practice in all aspects of family law including: divorce, financial disputes, injunctions, and children disputes. Figen can draft all matrimonial and family agreements including Parenting Agreements, Consent Orders and Nuptial Agreements.
She has assisted in the preparation and conduct of complex and high net worth ancillary relief matters.
Figen has vast experience in private law Children Act proceedings, and cases involving Non-Molestation and Domestic Violence. She is motivated and passionate about working in this area and recognises the importance of providing clients with clear advice in their time of need.
